Training Melanie

Late Friday afternoon, Melanie shifted the pile of paperwork she’d just finished into her out tray and sighed. She hated paperwork. She really preferred to be hands on with the patients, but being the boss had its advantages too.
She sat back as her friend, Kristie walked in. “Hey!”
“Hi ya, Mel. Everything is set for tonight,” Kristie told her.
Melanie took a deep breath. “Does he know everything?”
“He knows that you’re a virgin and looking to get laid. That you don’t necessarily want a relationship, but that you’re willing to think about it if you like him.”
Melanie nodded. “Good. That’s probably all he needs to know.”
Kristie grinned. “I’m jealous. He’s so sexy. If I wasn’t in love with Mark, I’d be all over him.”
Melanie laughed. “So you and I are driving together, and he’s taking me home regardless, but I get to choose if I want to invite him up, right?”
“Right. Everything is set up just like we talked about,” she told her. “You look great today. I love that skirt on you. Bob’s eyes are going to pop out of his head.”
“I hope so. And I found really sexy underwear over the weekend to wear just for tonight. I’m really nervous, but excited too.”
“You don’t need to be nervous with Bob. He’s experienced enough that he’ll help you figure it all out and since he knows you’re a virgin that should make it a lot easier.”
“I really appreciate you setting this up for me, Kristie. You’re a great friend!”
“Would you believe Mark offered to ‘take care of your little problem’ for you? I almost smacked him then and there.”
Melanie shook her head. “Yeah, that would have been weird. I like Mark in a ‘you’re dating my best friend’ kind of way, but not as a lover,” Melanie told her.
Melanie and Kristie had been best friends since nursing school. Melanie had made a decision to wait until after she was finished with school to start a serious relationship. After school, she’d jumped right in and worked so hard on her career, sometimes working 70 hour weeks, that she had never taken the time to form a serious relationship. So here she sat, the only 25 year old virgin left in the US. Hopefully, by this time tomorrow, she’d get rid of that stigma.
Melanie was a petite brown-eyed red-head. She had large breasts, a tiny waist, and a nicely rounded ass. She’d turned down more than her share of dates because she was either too devoted to her studies or to her career. She was ready to have a life now. And she was going to have it if it killed her.
She pulled her purse from her bottom drawer and followed her friend out to her car. She got in the passenger seat and checked her appearance in the visor mirror. Her shoulder length hair was straight with just the right amount of bounce. She added a little more lipstick, and closed the visor, determined not to worry about it anymore.
Kristie looked at her out of the side of her eye. “You’re gorgeous. You’re always gorgeous. You make me sick you’re so gorgeous, so just stop fussing. He’s going to take one look at you and bust a seam in his pants.”
Melanie laughed. “I sure hope so! It’s all I’ve been able to think about all day. My panties are soaked just thinking about finally getting this done!”
Kristie grinned. “I guess I won’t give you the lube I got you as a devirginizing gift.”
Melanie laughed so hard she started to choke. “A devirginizing gift? You’re insane!”
“When you wait as long as you have, you need to have some kind of fanfare! I mean, we can’t do a parade or a party at work, so a gift was the perfect solution!” Kristie pulled into the parking lot of the restaurant. “You ready? That’s Bob’s car over there.” She pointed at a recent year mid-level sedan.
“Very sedate looking. Is he as serious as that car looks?” Melanie asked.
“I wouldn’t call him serious. Intense is probably the right word to describe him.”
“Intense? Okay…” Melanie wondered if intense was appropriate for this situation, but she figured it would work. A pimply faced kid would work. Oh well.
She followed Kristie into the restaurant and to a table. She hugged Mark briefly. Mark and Kristie had been dating for years and she knew him well. He was blond with green eyes and sweet as could be.
She sucked in a breath as she turned to Bob. He was dark haired and dark eyed. He looked to be fit, but not in an overly muscled kind of way. She held out a hand in greeting. “Hi, I’m Melanie.”
“I’m Bob,” his brown eyes travelled slowly up and down her body as he shook her hand briefly. She felt a chill as he looked at her. Yeah, intense would do nicely.
She sat down at his left side and across from Kristie. She looked at her menu briefly and then smiled at Bob. “So, what do you do?” she asked.
“I’m an insurance salesman. I have my own business.”
“Really? Do you enjoy that?” she asked.
“It’s a way to pay the bills,” he smiled.
They talked about unimportant things throughout the meal. She briefly considered ordering dessert, but that would have been an obvious ploy to postpone the inevitable. After the men had paid, she stood and followed Bob out to the parking lot.
Kristie hugged her and whispered, “Don’t stress. Just enjoy!”
She climbed into the passenger seat of Bob’s car and gave him directions to her apartment. Kristie had picked her up for work that morning, so she’d have her car when she got home.
When they pulled up, she casually invited him in. “Would you like to come up for a drink?”
He gave her an intense look. “No. I want to come up and fuck your brains out.”
She blushed. “That’s what I meant.”
