Description
Hero and Protector...Former bounty hunter, expert gunslinger, and the toughest sheriff Dodge City has ever known, Truman Wade is a real man from the tip of his black Stetson down to his shiny, jangling spurs. He’s never met his match in a gunfight, but he’s never met a gorgeous, gutsy woman from the twenty-first century either…
Torn Between Two Worlds...
Newly single after a rocky breakup with her self-absorbed fiancé, newspaper columnist Jessica Delaney crashes her car in a lightning storm and soon finds herself dodging bullets in the Wild West. Before the night is out, she’s tossed in jail for a murder she didn’t commit, and if things don’t seem complicated enough, the impossibly handsome sheriff in charge of her arrest has danger written all over him - and a sexy swagger to die for. Jessica knows she needs to get home, but when Sheriff Wade’s skilful touch sets her passions on fire, she begins to wonder if fate has other plans for her, and soon she must choose between her life in the future… and the greatest love she’s ever known.

Well, she's done it again. I loved this book. 2 of my favorite things collide. Julianne MacLean and time travel romance. It couldn't get any better. The best thing is that it had a lovely ending that fit really well with everything that happened throughout the story.Submitted By: mamalevan on Jan 11, 2013
Light read, some humor, some romance, and a HEA ending. I had it on my tbr pile for far too long! Made for a good read while waiting at the hospital, when I wasn't looking for heavy reading, just some easy and entertaining. Submitted By: MsRomanticReads on May 29, 2012
This was so enjoyable to read, and Truman was swoon worthy! He has his demons and self loathing that he slowly faces and overcomes with Jessica's help. I loved the heroine instantly. She had a wonderful sense of humor. When she turned her flirt on, she was downright funny. The chemistry and sexual tension between the H/H was off the charts. They took their time falling for each other so that when it eventually happened, it was sweet believable. I teared up when she was about to find her HEA.Submitted By: Akashajess7 on Feb 13, 2012
Loved the premise. Loved the hero. Love the funny parts. Love the heroine. Love the twist.Submitted By: shawnyj on Dec 18, 2011
I'm glad I got this on the free Christmas giveaway because it was not good. Everything felt incredibly contrived from beginning to end (especially the end), and while the characters refer to "dirty sex", I must have missed that page, because it all seemed pretty mundane to me. I deleted it from my e-reader as soon as I had finished.Submitted By: dozyllama on Dec 15, 2011
If this had not been free I would never have got it. I am not impressed. I much preferred the excerpts at the end putting me onto far superior stories and authors!Submitted By: lovesBill on Sep 11, 2011
Great cover on book ,but have to say that I removed it from my reader, not much sex scenes, didn't feel that the main people were interested in each other and really couldn't get into the book and felt it was lacking depth.Taken by the Cowboy
