Standing Guard

This is a beautifully written short story about the love for a soldier. So often you hear stories of unfaithful partners while their soldier is away, but in this case love is a constant reminder of the sacrifice both sides of a relationship are put through in war. Loved this story.

This book was more of a narrative story than anything else. But what hit home is that I too have a True Love overseas and in the same predicament. So that is why this story really felt like my own.Over all it was a very good read. I recommended.
