this book started off nice. but the end was rush and left you wondering.

It's free, so no harm no foul on the finance side. The story is best described for me..bittersweet. By the time, you're done, you're left to envision what lies ahead of them. The world as they know it, is going to come crashing down around them. Where do they go? Do they have the strength to go forward. Romantic with a 'tender years' vibe. There's room for expansion, that I admit, I'd love to see what the author comes up with.

As an era-based story, it was OK, it really lacked the passion and intensity that the main characters could have had. The ending was exciting but also a letdown.

This was a great read, it was soft and sensual in all the right places. Viv and Michael had to keep their love a secret but when Eli came to find out about it, he wasn't sure how to deal with his sister and his friends betrayal. Viv and Michael have a love that they both were determined to fight against and for. The ending was interesting as well, and made you as the viewer come to your own conclusions of what happened to the couple. I would recommend this short story be read.
