Description
Radzia MacDaun’s mission of vengeance has turned into a rescue operation… but will she need to be rescued, too? When Gaiscioch killed her father, Radzia—Z to her friends—vowed to take the Seelie traitor down as painfully as possible. Plans for revenge were put on hold, however, when Gaiscioch abducted her housekeeper and friend, and Z had no choice but to dive into the pit to save her.
Now, in the heart-stopping conclusion to the Legend series, the half-human/half-Daoine Fae finds herself in the Dark Realm, where she’ll have to fight Gaiscioch on his own turf. Danté, Prince of the Tuatha Dé and Z’s lover, is not about to let her face this danger alone, however, and the two of them are thrust on a ride that takes them to the edge of life as we know it…
Will they survive?
Will the Fae Realm survive?
Damn, will any of us survive?

Editorial Reviews:
From Wild About Bones (Jen Hassani)
Outstanding conclusion to the Legend series (well there are spin off novellas and a trilogy still being written)! Sexy, action packed and fast paced. Couldn't put it down, read it in one sitting.
When the previous book (Free Falling Legend) ended, Z was falling down in the open portal hole to catch the remote for the bomb attached to her "mother hen" friend and housekeeper. This book opens with Z having reached the bottom which is in the Dark Realm with Gais closing in on her. Gais murdered her dad, the queen's love Connall and has been wrecking all kinds of havoc by opening portals and releasing the Dark Fae monsters into the world.
Z just tickles me. She's so sarcastically hilarious. I love this series and am sorry it is ending but will take every chance to read more in the spin off novellas and trilogy based on this series.
Includes extended previews of Shadowlife-Hybrid (Shadow vampire series), Prince of the Mist (Legend series novella) and Shadowheart-Slayer (Shadow vampire series).

I am soooo sad that I have finished this fae series! I love it so and wish there were even more books!! This book continued the story of Z as well as completing the main story arc started in the first book. What I loved the most about this book is that it connects all of the characters from the first books in this series together. I love seeing strong women come together for a common purpose (do not worry, their men were there too ;)). I am not sure I can say enough about this series. the lore was original, yet familiar enough to not make you uncomfortable with the new components. She pulled characters from different times and places and put them together for a common goal, making very interesting connections/relationships. I just could not put these books down. These books fall into the category of "I know I have them on ebook, but I am going to buy them in book form too because I just can not stop my self". I can not wait to to check out this author's other series!

eXtreme
Catch and Hold completes the Legend series in style, with Claudy Conn pulling out all the stops to bring the series to a stimulating and climactic finale. Which is after all . . . as it should be, since she left readers with a cliff hanger ending in Free FallingâLegend (no title irony there. lol)
The beginning of Catch and Hold finds Radzia MacDaun smack-landing in the dark realms of the unseelie fae and on the run across the enemyâs home turf, without her beloved Danté. Conn ups the ante further, by bringing the powers of four dark unseelie royals into the mix of villains bent on mayhem and destruction. From beginning to end the action never stops as Conn draws her cast of Legend characters together, to save the Tuatha Dé and earth as we know it. I applaud the strong female characters, the wide emotional range, and character building growth that fills the story, but between the two of us, I know what it is you really want to know about this book. The answer is . . . YES. In spite of all the drama, intrigue, excitement, and the heat of battle which make this a great series ender, Claudy still makes room for the finer points of romance; the sizzling passions that make reading a Conn romance a delectably private affair.
The end, no other words strike as deep or contain as much horror for the avid reader as when they signal the completion of a truly exciting and engaging series. Readers will appreciate knowing that, even as she brings Legend to its completion, Conn opens the doors wide for a range of new paranormal plots and romances. One thing is certain, we havenât seen the last of Claudy Conn or her talent for writing eXtreme seduction.
Excerpt:
Before I could explore the possibilities and help myself, I was staring at Gaiscioch, who had suddenly shifted into the war room, only ten feet away from where I tottered. He shook his head and smirked at me. “Well then, just what kind of a warrior are you? Letting one of those things connect with you—tsk, tsk. Not as proficient with your Fae skills as you thought you were, eh, Daoine?”
His tone goaded me and somehow gave me the strength to sneer at him with a great measure of bravado I was far from feeling. Bluster, I told myself, bluster … and get the hell out of here.
Did I listen to me? No.
I prepared myself as instinct took over, guided me, and told me just what he had in mind. I waited as he looked me over. I waited for the moment he would shift at me with his death sword aimed.
I sensed it the moment he went into his mind. I sniffed at his scent and forced myself to wait a fraction of a moment.
If I timed it wrong I knew I would have his death sword buried in my gut.
Just as I felt him shift, I jumped out of his way. His face was a mask of fury, and he lunged towards me, but again, I was ready for him, and this time, I shifted.
Once again I had come face to face with my father’s murderer and I had allowed him to live. I felt heartsick … and then I realized I also felt really sick …
Was I dying? No. I couldn’t die yet, I had to kill Gais—I had to. I couldn’t die without doing that first, and something else, something so important, someone so important.
Danté—I had to see Danté, if only for the last time. My mind exploded with his name, and I heard the anguish in my voice reverberate all through the Dark King’s retreat as I shouted with the last bit of strength I had.
“D-a-n-t-é!”

Great sequel to Free Falling-Legend. Won't spoil by giving anything away but Z and Dante are hot and twists and turns are fantastic.
