If I hear another contrived and airy poem about love...
I may choke to death on the vapor.
I would love to write a great and romantic poem,
but I desist in the efforts for fear of falling
into the mass fornication that exists already.
Make love with your words,
describe a body you can’t bear not to touch,
but don’t feed me more of the inane
helium filled bubbles of bombasticity.
