Fancy Shayne sat outside the closed office door wondering for the fifth time what in the hell she was doing here. Sure, the job ad had read perfect in the newspaper but did she really want to apply for it. The Tycoon Club money was excellent. However, if she landed this job she could quit the club and save up money faster.

Wiping her sweaty palms down the front of her pants, she tried to calm down her racing pulse. It wouldn't do her any good to show him how nervous he actually made her. She was here to land this job not drool all over the man who was about to interview her. Headley was so wrong thinking she would land the job because of their friendship. Hell, half the time he wouldn't even acknowledge her when he walked past her on the sidewalk in town. Why would he invite her to live under the same roof as him?

No, this was a mistake. She had to get out of here before she made a huge ass out of herself. Standing up, Fancy was about to head for the front door when the door swung open in front of her. Her feet froze in the middle of the carpeted floor as the man she had a Texas sized crush on filled its doorway.

"Sorry to keep you waiting, Ms. Shayne," Maxwell Reed apologized in a deep Texas drawl. "I was on the phone. Why don't you come on in and we can get this interview started."

Please do not waste your money! I felt as though I was reading a first draft of a book that was edited properly! Too long winded and pointless in many places :(!!!

I enjoyed this book. The characters and plot were good and the sex scenes were realistic and hot. I wasn't that interested in some of the back story the author provided on the other characters from her other books in this series. But I would recommend this author.

riddled with errors in grammar and spelling mistakes that take away from a good tale. The leads are a bit flat and undeveloped.

Love the interaction between H/H. Keeps you reading to see how the heroine handle's a very alpha male. The only problem that I have with the story is that I felt that the ending was rushed.

I really, really enjoyed this book (heck, I love the entire series) by Marie Rochelle. With Book 2-Boss Man, I often find myself going back to read it time and time again. There's just something about Fancy and Maxwell that pulls at you and makes you want to cheer them on. If you've read Book 1-Dangerous Bet, then you'll love this one, too. It picks up nicely where book 1 leaves off and has me wainting impatiently for book 3.

This was alright. The story wasn't that consistent to me. Too many broken up parts. And it was just extremely redundant with do I love her or love her not and should I be with him or not. Too much of that. And it took forever to get to the juicy part and it wasn't that much juice in it to me. And the ending seemed rushed instead of well thought out.

Man, This book was off the chain. I loved it. The love scenes was get, it had me on the edge of my seat. I LOVE IT !!!!!!
