This is a story that is fully developed, with characters and context that are powerful and which squeeze the emotions for all they are worth. This story is as contemporary as they get, expanding on a theme that should be in our awareness as the cost of war continue to hurt the families and veterans who must live day in and day out with the inner wounds of the spirit & the body. This book I was totally engrossed the entire time. It was well written and the characters were fasinating and the story line was also fascinating. The author has fone an excellent job with this book. This book is BEAUTIFUL, beautiful, beautiful on all counts! From the first line to the last, it gripped me and I couldn't let go... Even now I can't let go of the highly relatable characters. The plot is wonderfully crafted, intense, packed with emotions. The sex scenes are moving, passionate and intimate. And Kennedy and Liam are such an adorable couple!
